If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your original order date. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid Nestora plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using your email address, and request a refund from there; or
- Email us at mail@murgioni.nl with the email address used at checkout and we will help process the refund with Paddle.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a renewal charge surprised you, or you experienced a serious service issue, contact us at mail@murgioni.nl and we will do our best to resolve it.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any right of withdrawal you may have under EU consumer law.
